Arcep includes FTTH in quarterly fixed voice QoS report

French telecom regulator Arcep published FTTH quality of service indicators for the first time as part of its quarterly fixed voice service QoS report based on information provided by all operators with over 100,000 subscribers. In the first quarter of 2013, Bouygues Telecom, Darty Box, Free, Numericable, Orange and SFR took between 1 and over 10 days to fix service problems without visiting customer premises. Other QoS indicators include network faults, billing error complaints, voice quality and dropped calls.
