Arcep issues recommendation to strengthen coordination in FTTH roll-outs

French regulator Arcep has published a policy document recommending a series of planning and operational processes aimed at preventing certain practices by operators that risk undermining the goal of achieving consistent fibre deployments. It mainly concerns roll-out projects for private initiative FTTH networks in mid-size towns, outside very high-density population areas of the country.
