Arcep opens two inquiries probing Orange wholesale offering in B2B market

French regulator Arcep has published two rulings regarding its decision to investigate the role of Orange in the wholesale business market. The first decision announces the launch of an inquiry over quality of service, examining concerns over the alleged deterioration in the quality of copper local loop access services experienced by alternative operators during the course of 2017.
