Arcep publishes consultation on award procedure for 900/1800/2100 MHz spectrum

French regulator Arcep is seeking stakeholders' views on a draft decision for public consultation detailing the award procedure for 900/1800/2100 MHz spectrum, following the deal reached by the government with the country's four network operators. The draft decision develops the guiding principles published in January, when the regulator provided more clarity to operators around the specific terms entailed by the deal.
