Arcep seeks stakeholder's views on updated accounting method to monitor mobile termination charges

Arcep is consulting on new rules, replacing decision 2013-0520, which will revise the accounting information that mobile network operators are requested to provide so that the regulator can monitor adherence to their obligations on mobile termination charges. In addition to the four networks in mainland France, the updated accounting rules also apply to Orange Caraibe and SRR, operating in the French overseas markets.
