Arcep signals future deregulation of wholesale market for DTT broadcasting services

French regulator Arcep has completed its revision of the regulatory framework for the wholesale market of digital terrestrial television (DTT) services. As announced in February, the final version of the decision extends for another two years the framework put in place by the fourth regulatory cycle, after plans to deregulate the market were dropped by Arcep in November 2018.
