Arctic broadband report looks at ways to boost funding

The Arctic Economic Council (AEC) has published a report called 'Arctic Broadband, Recommendations for an Interconnected Arctic'. The 30-page document looks at funding, cooperation, spectrum availability and specific future broadband projects, among other things. The report covers Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden and the US.
