ARD and ZDF to broadcast 1,000+ hours of Rio Olympics

German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF want to show about 280 hours of the Olympic Games as well as 40 hours of highlights and about 1,000 hours of live streams alternately, teltarif.de reports. The streams will be available via PC, mobile devices and on smart TVs.
