ARD, ZDF gain rights to UEFA 2020 men's European matches

ARD said that it and sister broadcaster ZDF will be able to show every match in the 2020 UEFA men's European football championship tournament live. This follows a deal by their sporting rights agency, SportA, with UEFA. The 2020 tournament will be held in thirteen different European cities, namely Munich, Amsterdam, Baku, Bilbao, Brussels, Budapest, Bucharest, Dublin, Glasgow, Copenhagen, St Petersburg and Rome.
