Ardian invests EUR 5 million in Alsatis

Private equity firm Ardian announced a EUR 5 million investment in French telecom operator Alsatis, which has also a presence in the US market via its subsidiary Bloosurf. Founded in 2004, the group specialises in bringing high-speed connectivity to white- and grey-spot areas, most lately focusing on LTE-based fixed wireless services. Ardian said that the investment will help fund targeted acquisitions in France, while supporting the growth plans of the group and its US operations.
