Argentina operators commit to personal data transparency

The GSMA has announced that Argentinian mobile operators Claro, Personal and Movistar have agreed to give customers greater transparency around the handling of their personal data. The announcement was made by company executives at the 'Mobile 360 Series – Latin America' conference in Buenos Aires and is part of the GSMA's "We Care" initiative, which the operators signed up to back in 2016.
