Arjel takes OVH, Bet4Fight, Oddsmaker and Digibet to court

French online gambling regulator Arjel has taken legal action against three websites, Oddsmaker, Digibet and Bet4Fight, and requested that ISPs block customer access to them, La Tribune reports. The authority has threatened to fine the latter's host, OVH, EUR 100,000 a day until it filters, or blocks, access to the website. Arjel has already bought cases against operators based outside France and acting outside French law, but this is the first time it targets foreign-based online casino game service providers.
