Arqiva reluctant to fund expansion of Freeview Play service - report

Arqiva is refusing to help fund an expansion of the Freeview Play catch-up and on-demand service because it does not use traditional broadcasting infrastructure, reports The Telegraph citing unnamed industry sources.
