Arqiva to provide Hybrid TV Service to Scotland's STV

Arqiva's system will allow STV viewers to restart selected programmes in SD and HD using the green button the remote control. The service is available on pre-recorded programming across the STV broadcast schedule, and a range of factual programming. Arqiva will also supply a device checking service to ensure that STV applications only launch on compatible devices. There will also be a programmable "button box" feature, along with 24/7 monitoring service and data analytics.
