Arqiva using SeaChange for Freeview Play metadata system

Multiscreen video software company SeaChange International announced that UK communications infrastructure and media services company Arqiva is using its software and professional services to create the metadata foundation for the upcoming Freeview Play subscription-free connected TV service. The SeaChange Adrenalin platform provides Arqiva with the flexibility to aggregate, manage and deliver metadata from multiple sources for the Freeview electronic programme guide for connected TVs and STBs. It will enable Freeview viewers to navigate seamlessly between live TV and on-demand content,
