Arsat opens national network to operators in Tierra del Fuego

Argentina's state-owned communications operator Arsat said the submarine cable link to the southernmost Tierra del Fuego province is now open to all operators, allowing them to connect to the national internet backbone. It said the province must now finish its own fibre network, connecting the landing point in the Magellan Strait with the southern city of Ushuaia.
