ARTP hosts ITU forum on standardisation in Africa

Senegalese telecom regulator ARTP is hosting an ITU regional forum on standardisation in Africa on 24-25 March in Dakar. The forum will address good practice on adopting global standards in developing countries, strengthening emerging economies' capacity to adapt to new norms, and facilitating the creation of national standards bodies to coordinate their participation in ITU-T working groups. The forum will be preceded by the ITU SG12RG-AFR working group meeting on Quality of Service and Quality of Experience on 23 March. The SG5RG-AFR group working on sustainable development and climate
