Asus Kenya extends notebook warranty period to 2 years

Asus Kenya has extended the warranty on its notebooks from one year to two years in an effort to strengthen its product service portfolio and assure consumers of a worthwhile investment when it comes to the purchase and ownership of devices, Techmoran reported. The company also said it has established two local service centres for this scheme to ensure Kenyans access to services and repairs, where Asus will take care of the replacing of the product or defective part based on diagnosis and place the repaired part under a three-month warranty or for the remainder of the warranty period.
