AT&T claims top score in wireline SMB satisfaction

AT&T said it scored highest in customer satisfaction with small and medium-sized businesses for wireline services for a second year in the study by JD Power, with a score of 803. More than 3,000 US wireline business customers participated in the study between April and June. AT&T scored highest in five of the six categories: customer service, rerformance and reliability, communication, cost of service, and sales representative and account executives.
