AT&T gets green-light to start FirstNet build

The First Responder Network Authority has issued the official green light for AT&T to start building out the US nationwide emergency services network. The order is to begin the Band 14 build, using the band 14 spectrum in the 700 MHz range reserved for the network and its priority users.
