AT&T in talks to sell Crunchyroll for up to USD 1.5 billion - report

AT&T is seeking to sell Crunchyroll, its anime video unit, for as much as USD 1.5 billion, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg. The sale is part of efforts to divest non-core assets and raise cash for paying down debt. The Information earlier reported that Sony is the possible interested buyer.
