AT&T Mexico launches fleet tracking system

Tuesday 1 November 2016 | 15:00 CET | News
AT&T Mexico has announced the launch of 'Control Flotilla' ('Fleet Control'), an IoT-based system allowing business customers to track and manage vehicles in real time. The service comes with a hidden electronic device with GPS tracking and other sensors to help customers locate and monitor vehicles, measure fuel consumption, idle times, vehicle speed and other factors that affect operating costs. The service also helps reduce accidents and fines by identifying the drivers most at risk and optimises routes to save driving times and fuel consumption.
