AT&T Mexico Q2 revenues up 4%, hits 18 mln clients

Wednesday 24 July 2019 | 14:40 CET | News
AT&T Mexico reported revenues up 4.0 percent year on year to USD 725 million in the second quarter of 2019 thanks to a 14.9 percent surge in service revenues, offsetting lower equipment sales and postpaid losses. Service revenues rose by 14.9 percent year on year to USD 479 million due above all to subscriber growth, with overall operating losses improving slightly to USD 207 million in the April to June period compared to a loss of USD 217 million in the year-earlier quarter. The company said it remained on target for EBITDA to break even in the second half of 2019.
