AT&T Mexico switches off Iusacell CDMA network

Tuesday 20 September 2016 | 11:26 CET | News
AT&T Mexico will finally switch off the CDMA network inherited from Iusacell on 20 September, reports El Financiero, citing the company's corporate communications director Manuel Gonzalez Arce. The company has urged customers still on the CDMA network to migrate to its 4G network with the help of its staff. "Fortunately for us… the number of customers who still have a CDMA handset is very few, and the idea is to contact everyone and advise them on how to migrate to a new device," said Gonzalez Arce.
