AT&T not interested in America Movil assets - CEO

AT&T is not interested in bidding for Mexican assets that America Movil is looking to offload in response to tough new regulatory demands. In a conference call on AT&T's fourth-quarter earnings CEO Randall Stephenson played down suggestions that the company is going to acquire any of the assets that America Movil is being forced to divest, saying it already has enough firepower to "compete aggressively and take share," reports the Financial Times.
