AT&T put in charge of US Army's technology modernisation pilot programme

The US Army chose AT&T to deliver commercial networking and integration services at Camp Roberts, California, as part of a 36-month pilot programme to assess the transformation and modernisation of its information technology. AT&T said its services may be expanded to up to two additional sites.
