AT&T says Dish distorted auction bidding

There are lessons to be learned from the latest spectrum auction in the US, according to a blog post by AT&T. The FCC set a reserve price of USD 10 billion, however the auction ended up exceeding USD 20 billion in revenue. Dish, working via two designated entities (DEs), won more licenses than any bidder. Post auction, Dish's spectrum portfolio in the top 100 markets will, on average, be 81 MHz deep.
