AT&T secures Disney channels deal, faces possible Sinclair black-out

AT&T has reached a new distribution agreement with Walt Disney Co for its channels in the US, Multichannel reports. As a result, DirecTV and AT&T TV customers can continue to receive Disney channels such as ABC, ESPN and the Disney Channel. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
