AT&T has announced plans to offer customers to connect select cars for USD 10 per month to a Mobile Share Value plan. With Mobile Share value, customers can purchase a monthly data allotment that can be shared among connected smartphones, tablets and now cars. Customers will also be able to choose standalone options from the auto manufacturer or from AT&T. OnStar will launch a new suite of connected vehicles in June, beginning with the 2015 Chevrolet Malibu and followed by more than 30 other Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles by year-end.
