AT&T to upgrade networks, security for US Treasury

AT&T has won a 12-year contract to upgrade the systems of the US Treasury, SDXCentral reported. Under the USD 231 million deal, AT&T will upgrade the department's voice and data networks, including mobile, fixed, and broadband. The carrier will also strengthen cybersecurity on the department's telecom networks.
