AT&T told to stop using 5G Evolution claims in its advertising

The US National Advertising Review Board has recommended that AT&T stop using its "5G Evolution" and "5G Evolution, The First Step to 5G" claims in its advertising. The ads were challenged by T-Mobile US to the Better Business Bureau's National Advertising Division (NAD). The division recommended the terms be discontinued but AT&T appealed that decision. NARB is the appellate unit of the advertising industry's system of self-regulation. It is also part of the Better Business Bureau
