AT&T tops US mobile customer satisfaction study

AT&T has topped JD Power's ranking for full-service mobile operators in the US for the eighth consecutive year, with an overall score of 859 points on a 1,000-point scale. AT&T performed the highest in all six purchase experience factors, followed by T-Mobile (845 points), Verizon (838) and Sprint (806). The average score for all four operators increased by 11 points from the previous year's study due to the number of customers that had service plans that extend monthly data plan allowances.
