AT&T Warner threatens to pull HBO and CNN in Brazil

AT&T is considering pulling HBO, CNN and other pay-TV channels from Brazil, if it does not get approval by Brazilian regulators for its acqusition of Warner Media, reports Folha de Sao Paulo. A decision by regulators Anatel and Ancine is scheduled only for the second half of 2019.
