AT&T zero-rates data on DirecTV app

AT&T announced an update to the DirecTV mobile app, giving customers access outside the home and free data on the AT&T mobile network. The updated app gives DirecTV subscribers access to live and recorded programming now also outside the home, on any internet connection, and streaming over the app will also not count towards AT&T mobile customers' data allowance. Up to 315 channels are available over the app, including catch-up on programmes from the last 72 hours. Over 20,000 programmes are available on-demand. Viewing can also continue seamlessly on the TV at home after starting a programme
