Atea acquires BCC Finland from Elisa

Atea has acquired IT system integrator and services provider BCC Finland's entire share capital from Elisa. BCC provides and maintains ICT systems, associated software, and handles network and server implementations. BCC Finland, which has 21 employees, is headquartered in Vaasa, Finland, and it also has offices in Helsinki, Joensuu, Oulu and Seinajoki. Among its partners are HP, Microsoft, VMware, Novell and Citrix. BCC Finland was established in 1989 and in 2013 had a turnover of less than EUR 8 million. BCC Finland became Elisa's 100 percent-owned subsidiary when Elisa merged with PPO
