Atea Baltic acquires Baltnetos Komunikacijos

Lithuanian IT company Atea Baltic has fully acquired Lithuanian ITC company Baltnetos Komunikacijos for EUR 10.4 million, reports Vz.lt. Baltnetos Komunikacijos provides cloud computing, IT, telephony, internet and data services for businesses. The company owns two data centres, one of which at Tier-3 level. The company, which serves over 4,000 business customers, reported 2014 revenues of EUR 7.2 million. The stake was acquired from the family of Lithuanian businessmen Kazickas and from the management staff of the company. Baltnetos Komunikacijos will become part of the Atea group.
