Attorney General appeals Supreme Court decision on SDGC satellite

Brazil's Federal Attorney General's Office (AGU) has appealed the decision of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to deny a request from the Federal Government and suspend the partnership between Telebras and US company Viasat for the operation of the SGDC satellite, reports O Estado de Sao Paulo. Telebras states that, without use, the satellite generates a daily loss of BRL 800.000.
