Australia consults on revisions to NBN consumer experience rules

Wednesday 18 December 2019 | 10:17 CET | News
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has launched public consultations on revised NBN consumer experience rules. The results of ACMA's previous consultation, and its ongoing compliance work, have identified some possible improvements to efficiency of the NBN consumer experience rules, the Authority said. The ACMA has now added these proposed changes in marked-up versions of the rules, with comments to explain changes where needed. Interested parties can submit their comments and recommendations of the revised NBN consumer experience rules by 31 January 2020.
