Australia mobile services see lowest rate of complaints in 6-month period

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has released its first Telecommunications complaints handling report, which shows that mobile services had the highest number of services in operation (30.1 million) yet the lowest rate of complaints in the period between July and December 2018. The report also shows that voice only services delivered by domestic operators over the NBN (using VoIP technology) had the lowest number of services in operation (275,753) but the highest rate of complaints.
