Australia telecom complaints decrease by nearly 20% in Q2

Complaints to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), as a proportion of services in operation (SIO) decreased by 19.4 percent in the quarter to June, to 7.5 complaints per 10,000 for the period between April and June 2018. The figure represents a decrease from 9.3 complaints per 10,000 for the period between January and March this year, according to a TIO report. Telstra and Vodafone saw 7.9 and 3.5 complaints per 10,000 SIO respectively. Optus received 9.4 complaints per 10,000 SIO in the April to June period, while Amaysim saw 0.9 complaints per 10,000 SIO, and Pivotel registered
