Australia to remake Mobile Phone Boosters Prohibition Declaration

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has started public consultations on a proposal to remake the Telecommunications (Prohibition of Mobile Phone Boosters) Declaration 2011 (the Declaration) before it expired on 1 October 2021. The Declaration prohibits the operation, supply or possession for the purposes of operation or supply of a mobile phone booster.
