Australian digital ad market grows faster than UK, US

Australian online advertising rose 33.5 percent year-on-year to AUD 1.731 billion in the first quarter, according to the latest IAB/PWC Online Advertising Expenditure Report. The Australian digital advertising market grew faster than both the UK and US, recording 25 percent year on year growth, compared to 16 percent and 20 percent respectively. New Zealand growth amounted to 31 percent. The rates of growth in both video and mobile were also significantly higher in Australia than the UK and US.
