Australian operators deliver 80% of maximum plan speeds in busy hours - study

Australian operators currently deliver more than 80 percent of maximum plan speeds in the busy evening hours, according to a report from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC). The report shows Australian broadband plans achieved average download speeds of 85.3 percent of their maximum possible speeds during the busy evening hours of 19:00 hours to 23:00 hours.
