Australian operators face enforcement action for breach of complaints-handling rules

Following the investigations, the ACMA reports that only 7 operators were not found in breach of the new rules, while 3 operators undertook comprehensive remediation to move into full compliance during the investigation process. The ACMA also says 27 operators took positive steps to remediate; and 4 operators took inadequate steps to remediate the issues.
