Australia's NBN starts NG-PON trial with Nokia

NBN Co, the company rolling out Australia's broadband network, in partnership with Nokia has completed trials of NG-PON fibre technology to enable NBN Co to deliver symmetrical speeds of 10 Gbps to its FTTP end user premises, ten times faster than the current top FTTP speeds of 1Gbps.
