Austria is attractive to new MVNOs, start-up from EUR 1 mln

Austrian daily Der Standard has published an analysis of the costs of establishing a mobile virtual operator in Austria. An MVNO can be started with a budget of about EUR 1 million. It is expected that this year, some new operators, either as MVNOs or branded resellers, will enter the market and join players such as the currently most successful MVNO, Hot, which has gained about 700,000 customers since its launch in 2016.
