Austrian internet ombudsman offers aid to consumers

The Austrian internet ombudsman has published a leaflet for consumers informing them about the main internet subscriber traps and online shopping risks. The arbitrator also invites consumers to contact its office in the case of any irregularities. It can provide for assistance for free.
