Austrian mobile operators say 5G coverage could be completed by 2025

Austrian mobile operators see nationwide coverage with 5G as realistic by 2025, assuming a suitable framework is set up, reported Der Standard. CEOs of all three main mobile operators - Marcus Grausam (A1), Andreas Bierwirth (T-Mobile Austria) and Jan Trionow (Hutchison Drei Austria) presented practically the same opinions in a hearing on fibre-optic infrastructure expansion at the Chamber of Commerce.
