Austrian MVNO Spusu fails to gain access to Telefonica Deutschland network

Austrian MVNO Spusu cannot expand to Germany for the time being, reported Der Standard. As Spusu's action against the European Commission has been dismissed, the company will not get access to the network of Telefonica Deutschland.
