Austrian online shopping base rises 10% over Christmas

Austrian online retailers managed to expand their customer base by more than a tenth during the 2015 Christmas season, according to the Austrian Internet Monitor by market research company Integral. It found 62 percent of the population have bought products or services on the internet at least once. Including those who only shop online for tickets, reservations, downloads and content purchases, the percentage goes up to 66.
